How to deal with the withdrawal of the academic papers by the author before its publication

Bfore his paper obtains approval from the editors for publication,the author decides to withdraw the paper mainly because of the lack of his self-confidence and his contribution of the paper to several academic journals. The second reason lies in that the editors' sense of service is not strong enough and the communication between the editor and the author is not timely. Another reason is that the delay of publication of the paper by the periodical affects the effectiveness of delivery of the paper. And the last reason is that the journal is not attractive enough to the author because of its limitation of influence. The solutions to the withdrawal of the academic papers by the author before its publication are to take full advantage of the strengths of the paper,to implement contributor commitment system and to enhance the influence of the academic journal.
