Development of Network Expert Advisory System for Diseases and Pests Control of Northern Corn

The basic structure, operating function, and some characteristics of network expert advisory system for diseases and pests control of northern corn were introduced. The theoretical knowledge and practical experience of cornexpert were summarized in this system. By using network system technology, a man-machine interactive system of advisory services was build to teach knowledge of corn pest control to the user and guide the maize production to reduce losses.
