Structure based on nerve net time finity orthonormal wavelet

Structure based on Tank Hopfield nerve net time finity orthonormal wavelet is put forward. The balance between orthogonality and symmetry is well kept after optimizing. The experiments shows that this method creates more flexibility and diversity for wavelet structure.
