The importance and necessity of quantitative structure pharmacokinetic relationship in drug molecular design were elaborated. The structural parameters representing drug molecule and the artificial neural network that connection structural parameters with pharmacokinetic parameters were introduced. The dometic and foregin research progresses in recent years of quantitative structure pharmacokinetic relationship were reviewed.
