Study on Selection of Transport Service Provider based on Group Semantic Information under Poor Information Environment

Targeting with complexity and uncertainty in selection process of transport service provider under poor information environment, as well as the ambiguity of human thought, this paper puts forward selection method of transport service provider based on group semantic information. The method, firstly, establishes evaluation index system of transport service provider, then transfers the semantic information of evaluation personnel into triangular fuzzy number, concentrates the preference information and index weight provided by evaluation personnel with the evaluation personnel weight by using the Generally Induced Ordered Weighted Averaging(GIOWA) and achieves comprehensive evaluation value of each alternative solution, finally, makes sequencing on the evaluation values and selects optimized solution. Through validation of calculation example, the method could help manufacturing enterprises selecting satisfactory transport service provider.
