Researches on Improving School Management Functions under Chaos

Chaos theory has already been applied to education field.The complicated outside environment,the multi-dimensional goals of school management,the existing inside spontaneous chaos,all these decide the chaos phenomena in school management.The paper scans the chaos phenomena in the four management functions,which are planning,organizing,leading and controlling,then gives some measures to improve the management effects using chaos theory.
