Research and Application of.NET 2.0 to Software Reengineering

At present,there are lots of legacy systems to maintain and software to upgrade.It is unadvisable to maintain and develop them from scratch.One of the solutions is software reengineering with Microsoft.NET 2.0 to the legacy systems.This paper analyses the foundation that.NET2.0 development platform applies in the software reengineering,one is that .NET provides the feasibility of technology for it constructs on the open protocol and a- dopts the mechanism of Virtual Machine,another is that the thought of.NET that software is service suits for the Software Reengineefing for the legacy systems.And then a reengineering solution based on XML web services and service-oriented architecture is brought forward,that aims at making up the robust IT infrastructure and improving the responsiveness to the diversified requirements.
