The Applied Study of Mental Orientation-Speed Composed Method in Javelin Teaching

Since the teaching hours for techniques are decreased in the departments of P.E.recently,the problem that every P.E.teacher meet with is how to complete the teaching task and improve the teaching effect within the limited hours. This research applies the Mental Orientation-Speed Composed Theory to the process of javelin technical teaching to as to combine the students' psychology with the action exercises,to make an oriented construction and training for the psychological structure in teaching.The result shows that the application of the Mental Orientation-Speed Composed Theory to the teaching will make clear the control function of psychological cognition on techniques,the speed feature of javelin technique,which will help students to master the overall action techniques,to form the rational action rhyme,to make an effective teaching process and improve the teaching efficiency.
