Improvement of medical instruction service quality in near eyesight operation

In their practice of providing better medical instruction service, the authors took such measures to improve the service quality for near eyesight patients needing operation as: strictly carrying out service regulations and making the special rules at instruction desk; conducting nurse's quality education; making regular summaries and regular communication; improving the working mode of the medial instruction; standardizing service figure; instructing the medical instruction by applying psychological theory to instruct patients scientifically; going all out to solve the actual difficulties by exerting individual subjective activities. Through all of the above-mentioned they achiered great satisfaction in service and technology.
