Design of Adaptive MIS Programs

The poor adaptation and short life-time for the MIS application system are difficult problems. This is due to that the program closely couples with the database. By using the environment database, the time-variation of the database structure is converted into that of the data of database; the modifying the program is converted into the updating the database. Then, the adaptation of the MIS application system is improved.
