Optimality Conditions for Linear Bilevel Programming

The paper deals with linear bilevel program where the objective function and the constraints in the first level are linear,and the second level is a linear program with parameters.Propose a sufficient and necessary condition of solutions via Kuhn-Tucker condition and convex analysis approach.Relative properties are also presented.
