Simulation System of Emergent Water Dispatch Based on Web

The arid water dispatch in the Yellow River includes the process of water flow,profit transition and economic compensation.It also involves a lot of distributed information.A simulation model based on Web for water dispatch is set using the AAF application frame according to J2EE.This model can simulate the entire process of the water flow,the loss of power station and the loss of irrigation ditches and the income of downstream districts.An example is given and the purpose is to provide information for administrators' decision.
