This paper deals with a design of automatism PLL frequency modulation transmitter based on single-computer AT89C2051. The PLL in the design, utilizing BI-CMOS technology, is a single chip serial input PLL frequency synthesizer with Pulse-swallow function. It has high frequ-ency stability and low phase dithering. It is convenient to program and control when working with the Single Chip Microcomputer (MCS).
