Converter gas management and optimization system of energy control center in Jiangsu Shagang Group Co.,Ltd.is introduced.Using integrated analysis of the management and optimization system,realtime management and optimization was carried out according to production process and plan of converter and considering capacity of converter gasholder to insure recycle of converter gas and to realize stable and high yield with emission reducing even no emission.In 2008,energy consumption per ton steel was-13.1 kg standard coal unit,so converter operation level has reached domestic advanced level.
