Information service in operating New Rural Cooperative Medical System

Based on analyzing the problems of information service(IS) in operating New Rural Cooperative Medical System(NRCMS),how to improve NRCMS through IS is explored in order to achieve the work efficiency,service quality and management standard.The suggestions on optimizing the NTCMS operation are proposed.
