A Precision and Fast Arithmetic for Geometry Moment of Image

Moment is an important shape descriptor in computer vision.An accurate and efficient(method) for geometry moment was addressed in this paper.First,the freeman chain codes and coordinates of image(region) boundary can be generated by automation,and then the geometry moment can be evaluated by the use of discrete version of Green's theorem.Compared with the existing algorithms,this method has many merits such as accurate result,lower expenses of the memory and higher operating speed.
