Main reasons of wrong brake operation in transformer substation were analyzed,which are result in by operation dictate,status of operator,environment,time,equipment status,instruments,bylaw,safety management.Detail measurements on wrong brake prevention are put forward,which will be inductive on electric operation in transformer substation.
