Development of Multipole Acoustic Analysis System Based on LEAD Platform and Its Application

To meet the demand of domestic software for multiple acoustic data processing and interpretation,developed is a Multipole Acoustic Analysis System(MAAS) on the logging data processing platform LEAD2.1.It consists of five modules named as Velocity Analysis Module,Decay Analysis Module,Rock Mechanics Analysis and Fracture Height Prediction Module,Anisotropy Analysis Module and Permeability Analysis Module.The MAAS can process the data from these logging tools of MAC,MACII,XMAC,XMACII,DSI and WAVESONIC and integrate the advanced features of sonic logging modules in Geoframe,eXpress and Petrosite.Field tests data and log application examples in Changqing oil field are presented,which prove that data processing effectiveness of the MAAS is up to international software design levels,and also,the MAAS may process multiple formats of data.
