Information Spread Estimation and Its Applicable to the Model of Gauss-Markov

Based on the theory of information spread estimation,this paper presents the method applicable to the model of Gauss-Malkov.A lot of simulating experiments demonstrate the superiority of this method in robustness and the unnecessariness of iteration.
