Semigroup with Left Inside-Outside Law and Regular N(2,2,0) Algebras

We study semigroup with left inside-outsidc law, discuss relation of this semigroup with identity element and commutativity. Especially, it prove that regular N(2,2,0) algebras is equivalent with commutitive semigroup. As application, we give a equivalent axiom system of associative BCI-algebras.
