Information system control construction is important content of internal control system for listed company.A first stage central account of accounting is based on information system.The result of information system control decides directly whether the first stage central accounts of accounting succeeds.We illustrated the function,method of informa- tion system control and innovation in the process of implementing first stage central accounts of accounting in Dalian Pet- rochemical Company.
