Approach to Coordinate Agents Under Incomplete Information

In multi-agent systems, agents often face the problem of incomplete information, which greatly affects the outcome of cooperation. In this paper, an approach is presented to coordinate agents under incomplete information. The experiment shows that it is rather efficient.
