Realizing Speaker Recognition System Based on MVQM with DSP

In this paper, TMS320C541 was used to realize auto speaker recognition system . For the integration of merits of VQ and GMM, a new method of speaker recognition was presented. When VQ error scale was adopted instead of the probability output by tradition GMM, data capacity request was reduced during modeling and reached a high rate recognition. The result also showed that the method is effective to speaker recognition.
