An Evaluation Method of Weapon Equipment Ability Based on Group Decision and Simulation

At the weapon system demonstration stage,the data of evaluation mainly come from expert opinions and simulation results,but these data can not be directly used to evaluate the weapon systems because of the great difference between these two kinds of data.And therefore,in this paper a method based on group decision and simulation to evaluate the ability of weapon equipment is presented.Group decision is the framework of this method,and the belief map is adopted to obtain the data used for evaluating,and by using belief map expert opinions and simulation results are presented in the same form.Then a Bayesian method is used to fuse different data of evaluation and get the evaluation scores.In the end of this paper,an example of submarine ability evaluation shows that this method is feasible for evaluating weapon system's ability.
