The paper analyzes the main influences factors of the construction schedule in the middle route project of south—to—north water divenion,the factors contain the land acquisition and house demolition,project design, construction organization,and so on.Combined with the good experiences in the practice of project schedule management,the paper put forward pertinencely the countermeasures and suggestion of schedule control.
