The Method of Using Piece as the Unit of Filing

The traditional method of filing has two faults caused overmuch by people and low effi- ciency. The institute takes the method by using piece as the unit of filing instead of the current method of filing documents by volume. With the advantages of saving time and high efficiency, the method may make the files stored, idlentified, supplemented and eliminated more conveniently.
