On the New Morphemes in the New Transliterations

Bases on 38303 new words collected from 1978 to 2002 in the New-word Electronic Dictionary and the principle of drawing morphemes by Mr.Su Xinchun,this paper selects 18 new morphemes in the new transliterations and discusses their traits of word-formation and distribution.
