Intelligence search engine based on the user interests

Having briefly compared the standard the search engine with metasearch engine, this paper has described our design and realization of the ISEBI (Intelligence Search Engine Based on Interests ), which is capable of catching the users' interest and displaying the search results preferred by the users in descent order. In this way, the accuracy and entireness can be improved effectively.
