Legal Study on Anti-reverses Engineering Clauses in Software Contracts

Reverse engineering is an important method to promote innovation and development in software industry however it has been seriously limited by software contract.Hence,there has been much fruit legal issue on software industry.The paper studies some legal issues on anti-reverse engineering clauses in software contracts based on the basic legal theories and international comparison.It is concluded that the legal effect of anti-reverse engineering clauses in software contracts will be defined throng improving the law on proviso clause and standard contract.
