The paper starts by introducing briefly the status quo of the oil product logistics management of SINOPEC and the problems therein to reveal the influence of the current logistics mode upon the optimization of the sales companies' oil product logistics practice,proposes the solution to the optimization,and presents the lines of thought and specific methods for the establishment of the oil product logistics headquarter of the sales companies,including the organizational strucuture,management system,logistics optimization,and information system construction,thus providing a comprehensive scheme for the optimization of SINOPEC sales companies' logistics operation.
