Summary of the Technology of Ritriving Corn Second Refined Embryo

By the new technology of extracting embryo of corn in dry way-second refined embryo retrived technology,the yield of refined embryo extracted is 13.1%in equaly,the yield of pure embryo is 89.5% in equaly and the yield of starch losed is 1.48%.The results showed that the optimized yield of refined embryo is 12.7% and the yield of pure embryo is 86.7%.
