New-type fixed semi-automatic hay baler design

Aiming at the design and manufacture of new-type fixed semi-automatic hay baler,the working principle and structure of the key parts of hay baler,including compressing mechanism,intake mechanism,separate-bundle mechanism,are expatiated,among which the intake and separate-bundle mechanisms are its features.These two mechanisms require strict movement relationship with compressing mechanism,which increases design difficulty.Intake mechanism adopts horizontal semi-automatic feeding to lower the height of loading hay and this accords with body engineering.The lever-group shift lever interlock separate-bundle mechanism has simple structure and is easy to operate.Additionally,it enhances the security of flashboard separate-bundle.
