To analyze the anti-disaster ability of the lifeline network system, based on the thought that the network is proportional so it is stable which means the risk of anti-disaster is shared and the whole network was estimated using the meanings of entropy making the systems stability and the relative estimating calculating model is established as well. The proportionality is analyzed based on the structure proportion and the resource distribution proportion and the former means the difference of topology importance degree among the nodes in the same layer, the more the worse;at the meanwhile, the resource distribution proportion means the functional importance degree. It is considered that the functional importance degree is the right of the topology importance degree. The result of the example network is that its proportionality is good and some high risk nodes exist in it.It could be concluded that to judge its anti-disaster ability with proportionality as well as its anti-risk ability is feasible and reasonable.
