CIMS Architecture Upon the Flat Management Pattern in Iron and Steel Enterprise

Purdue model CIMS structure based on pyramid-style management pattern and three-layer CIMS structure based on the flat-style management pattern were contracted and compared. A three-layer structure of iron steel CIMS (Business Planning System/ Manufacturing Execution System/ Process Control System, BPS/MES/PCS)suitable for flat-management pattern was brought about. At last, the function of BPS, MES and PCS were also interpreted.
