Analysis of the characteristics of fuze software is introduced. In the view of reliability index the distribution of the reliability index, structure of test example, test enviornment test method, reliability increasing test, reliability and validation the technology of test and valuation of fuze software reliability is discussed. The paper may be used as a reference for the reliability of fuze software.
