The Structure of State Parameter Model for the Secondary Equipments of Power Systems

To provide a scientific basis for status assessment,risk assessments and condition-based maintenance of secondary equipments,this paper establishes a unified and common state parameter model for the equipments,and then the model for the relay protection equipment according to their characteristics.With analytic hierarchy process,the weight of the parameters in the model is evaluated by scores and calculation.The state parameters,however,should be adjusted in practice.
