Reconstruction of visualization model of cleft lip and palate with VTK technology

Objective To explore a more efficient and more precise method in reconstruction of visualization model on cleft lip and palate.Methods Thin-layer CT scanning was used to obtain the original data.Image segmentation was based on k-mean clustering.A visualization model was finally reconstructed using VTK(Visualization Toolkit) technology.Results A more precise visualization model of cleft lip and palate was reconstructed.It was proved to be more convenient,more efficient and more universal.Conclusion It is a precise,efficient and promising way to develop the visualization model by VTK technology.
