The protection of intellectual property rights in the network-based age

For historical reasons,the protection of intellectual property rights in China is comparably indifferent.And the complete legal system has not been formed at present.The swift and violent development of the technique of computers information-based networks makes the protection intellectual property rights in network space face serious challenge.However,in the information-based age in which knowledge is power,the improper protection of intellectual property rights in networks is also a threat to the protection of the continuous development of networks,knowledge and intelligence.This is a paradox.The article gives a particular opinion on the paradox.
