Dynamical Channel Allocation (DCA) is one of the key technologies for TD-SCDMA systems. DCA plays an important role in assigning wireless resources properly, increasing system capacity in accordance with asymmetry data service in uplink and downlink to adapt to the payload and interference of the network. A Slow DCA Algorithm for TD-SCDMA system is proposed in this paper,a double-cell model is analyzed according to characteristics of the wireless frame in TD-SCDMA systems. Simulations results show that DCA outperforms the traditional fixed channel allocation (FCA) on frequency utilization and capacity.
