Basic Properties of Discrete Fourier Transforms on Ζ_(N_1)×Z_(N_2)

In this paper,the basic properties of the discrete Fourier transform on ZN1×ZN2 is studied,and some properties of the discrete Fourier transform on ZN are developed.These properties have an important role in the construction of wavelet on ZN1×ZN2.
