Approving the manuscripts is the important step in the periodical management and approving the manuscripts through internet is the necessary trend.The advantage of approving the manuscripts through internet is over traditional approving manuscripts.There are some problems in approving the manuscripts through internet.We should overcome all barriers in order to realize automatic periodical management.
