Based on summarizing geological features of Chaihe Lead-Zinc deposit in the Liaoning province,the generation type of Chaihe Lead-Zinc deposit was discussed.Eventually it was regarded that it is regenerated type of brine migration strata-bound deposit and the direction of next exploration was predict clearly.
