It take full advantage of the characteristics of wireless connections Bluetooth technique .Combine application of Bluetooth wireless communication technology and measure technology, it is applied in grounder water measure technology. It presents a module communication method basing on Bluetooth technology .The plan include designs of hardware, it have collection 、recording and transformation ; software have data collection and Bluetooth transmit . The plan could realize wireless data transfer in short distance, the results show its advantages and high data transfer rate.
