A Design and realization of Intranet-based CAI system

Along with the development of modern education and multimedia technique, the distance learning system is present and rapidly expanding. It is very difficult to setup a sophisticated distance learning system with the current technology and application of computer network, whereas an Intranet-based CAI system is more practicable. A model of CAI system based on network, as well as the design and realization, is described in this paper. The principal part of the system is a knowledge resource, which is easy to manage and updated dynamically by users. The system is simple and applicable to campus network.
