Technic and Realization of Reconstructing FilterGraph in Client of Stream Media

In a stream media system witch can flex, the sending speed、encoding method can be changed according the performance of the net dynamically. So a stream media client have to change the ways of receiving、encoding and playing to suit the changes of media stream. The technic of FilterGraphbasis COM components is one of the ways to deal with this problem. For ensuring the continuity of playback, this paper brought forward a new method to modulate the structure of FilterGraph.
