The Quality Evaluation Criterion of Hydraulic Engineering Surface in the Middle Route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project

There is no quality criterion for hydraulic engineering surface evaluation in China. Some key points which should be considered in the evaluation process are discussed, including the authority organization, time, evaluation scale, test positions, evaluated items and quality standard, evaluation hiberarchy, and orginzation management. According to the characterastics of engineering in the middle route of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project, the evaluation scale, test items, test method and quality criterion in the evaluation of engineering surface quality are mentioned.
