Test Solution for Open-source Web Application Development

Today,more and more Web applications developed in open source are used for commercial transaction,and how to keep the quality attracts more attentions.So,as an effective way to guarantee the software quality,testing becomes quite important.And an integrative set of test solution is just what is needed.This article presents a test solution for the Web applications in Struts architecture.This test solution uses JUnit,HttpUnit and StrutsTestCase in local test,and JMeter in testing a Web application integrally.An actual applied example is employed to illustrate the test solution and its implementation in this paper.Using this test solution,the functionality,the performance and the integrality of a Web application can be tested effectively.
