In this paper,remote supervisory and management of computer related technologies were studied. First, for remote monitoring and management technology functions and characteristics are described , then put forward the software and hardware design, introduces the various parts of the structure and function,the key technologies were be researched and analyzed, finally given out of an instance of Programming.Through practical application shows that to achieve the desired design goals.
