Application of Ku-band educational satellite system in the countryside

Ku-band educational satellite system is a feasible way in the realization of the access-to-every-secondary-and-primary-school project in the county education.Since 1999,China has been starting to carry it into execution.Hubei province plans a“Shuguang Project”which is welcomed by the teachers and students,but some problems still existed and for which,the author promotes some advice.
