The non-balanced distribution of the document resources in Chinese universities and colleges

After making the sample investigation of the document sources in some key and ordinary colleges and universities,the author found that there is a great gap of source storage between them.This unbalanced distribution of document sources between these two kinds of high institutions greatly influences the development of our higher education.The author holds that in order to realize the fairness in higher education,the system of the funds allocated by the government should be fair,and the system of the joint construction and share of document resources among different regions should be established.
